| Mr. Stephen Chow graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and obtained his Master degree in Professional Accounting with credit. He is a Certified Chartered Accountant in United Kingdom, Chartered Accountant in England and Wales, Certified Public Accountant (Practising) in Hong Kong. He also has a membership with the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. He has more than 15 years working experiences in the field of financial accounting, auditing, taxation, liquidation and so on. |

Miss Alice Chan received her B.A. degree from York University in Canada and her MBA degree from the University of Hawaii. She is a member of the AICPA (U.S.) and HKICPA. Alice had worked for the tax departments of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young in Hong Kong and Canada for over ten years. She runs her own practice in providing U.S.A., Canadian and Hong Kong tax return preparation and advisory services since 1996.

| Mr. Dennis Wong obtained his second honor LL.B. Law Degree awarded by the London University in 1989, Postgraduate Certificate in Law awarded by the University of Hong Kong in 1990 and LL.B. Law Degree awarded by the Peking University in 2000.

Dennis was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in 1992 and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 1999.
Dennis has more than 10 years post qualification experience and he is now Chief Executive of Messrs. M.F. Ko & Dennis Wong, Solicitors. Dennis’ experience includes engaging in conveyancing projects for property developers and loan documentation for banks in Hong Kong. In addition, Dennis has wide experiences on application of trade mark on behalf of clients, handling of Estate Duty matters and so on. With such various experiences, he is confident that he would be in a position to provide such competent legal and relevant services to his clients as they require. |

He got his MBA degree from the University of Strathclyde in the UK and is an associate member of the ACCA and HKICPA. He has over 16 years’ experience in audit, taxation, financial accounting, management accounting and administration. Out of his past experience, he gained substantial and valuable managerial experience in problem solving and risk management in running a large factory in Shenzhen, China. |
