	Buyer Enquiry by Record	Explanation
		By selecting <Buyer Enquiry by Record> on the pull-down menu, you may search buyers & importers using the searching criteria such as Company name, Country, or Products imported. A whole match or partial match of the searching criteria can be set. The information shown include Company name, Address, Country, Contact, Phone No., Fax No., Nature of Business, Email Address, Web Site Address, Products imported, etc. Besides, you may use the pull-down menu to select enquiry by list to see the buyers' record in group.
	Email Setting
		This option allows you to enter your SMTP server, your company's email address and sender's name for subsequent email and efax sending. You need not to set up your SMTP server. You only need to enter the SMTP server information provided by your internet service provider. This process is simple and similar to what you do to set up your Outlook Express or other email application.
